HILAND CROSSINGS
HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE WALK-AROUND The Annual Compliance Walk-Around is scheduled for June 17 with a June 18 Rain date. Among those accompanying me will be Dennis Mongeon and Jim Hutchins. This annual event is required by the By Laws of the HOA to insure that properties in the Association are maintained in compliance with standards agreed upon by all residents upon the purchase of their homes. Compliance with the standards helps support the property values of the Association members. When you see us walking around the neighborhood on that date, you will know what is happening. Visit with us if you wish. Thanks, Toni
2nd Lawn Care Treatment
Glens Falls Lawn Care will be applying fertilizer & insect/grub control, plus spot treatment of broadleaf weeds tomorrow, Wednesday, June 17th.
Treated areas will be posted with signage as required by New York State.
If you have dogs and want an area to walk your pets during the 24 hour interval posted time, you can use the untreated HOA common area on both sides of the paved walkway.
It is suggested that you refrain from watering your lawn for 4 or 5 hours after treatment to allow the weed control to be absorbed by the foliage.
Enjoy your day!

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW REMINDER
April 16, 2021
Spring is finally here and we missed the snow this week! Many of us are thinking of the outside and planning our activities. Some of those might involve upgrading/expanding your decks, a new flower bed, awning, screen door installation, etc.
Some may have never used the Architectural Review process. If you have any questions we will be very glad to assist.

HOUSE NUMBERS
Since installation of additional house numbers is a common request from homeowners, the Board of Directors has created the following installation requirements. No ARC form is required provided the following standards are adhered to:
1. House numbers need to be black in color.
2. Numbers must be placed and centered above the garage door.
3. Numbers must be purchased from Joseph P. Mangione, Inc., 75 Church Street, Saratoga Springs, NY, Phone number (518) 581-0048. These are the same numbers as the ones placed on the front entrance pillars by the Michaels Group.
ROCK AND BRUSH DISPOSAL
Some disposal of rocks and brush has been occurring in the drainage area south of the development. This area is periodically brush hogged to properly maintain it. Anything, especially rocks and large brush, dumped into that area can cause damage to the equipment used to maintain it. Residents are not to use that area as a disposal area.
