Hiland Crossings Homeowners Association was formed in October of 2015, accepting governance of the development from the developer, The Michaels Group.  The governing body is a Board consisting of five elected residents of the Association serving for two calendar year terms being elected at the October Annual Meeting.

The objective is to create and maintain a congenial residential community in pleasant surroundings protecting the quality of life and property values.
